1. Apply

Applying for admission early is helpful, especially if you are interested in applying for scholarships or other forms of financial aid. Use the online application or contact our Student Affairs Office.

2. Get Academic Advising

New freshmen receive advising during their SOAR (Student Orientation, Advising & Registration) session. Other students will meet with an advisor, who will help with academic and career planning.

3. Accept Terms and Conditions (TAC)

Prior to registering for classes, you’ll need to accept the Terms and Conditions (TAC). The online form is available on your Student Center page in PRISM.

Please note: Starting March 24, 2014 the Fall 2014 Advanced Tuition Deposit (ATD) is no longer required at the UW Colleges campuses.

4. Register for Classes

When it's time to sign up for classes, you'll use PRISM, an online registration system. New freshmen will register with the help of an advisor during SOAR.
