Biology of the Florida Keys Marine Environment (3 credit hours NS/LS).
Open to current college and high school juniors and seniors, as well as community members!
This is a snorkel-based course that will introduce participants to the life that inhabits the marine ecosystems of the Florida Keys. Course includes online orientation and introduction, snorkeling, field trips, lab activities, fieldwork and discussions, as well as learning about Sea Turtle Biology.

In five adventure-filled days, you and a group of like-minded travelers will experience three outstanding Broadway performances. You’ll spend four nights a conveniently located hotel on Times Square. You’ll see many of the city’s most popular attractions guided by our trip leaders or you can explore the city on your own! What to expect from the Chinatown Food Tour
The guided Chinatown Food Tour visits five sit-down tasting locations in the historic Chinatown community. Full portion samples, enough for a large lunch or light dinner, are included in the ticket price and offer Chinese food delicacies from the Canton, Mandarin and Szechuan regions. Stops include Hong Kong-style Dim Sum, an authentic Beijing Peking duck diner and America’s #1 rated Sze Chuan cuisine. All food tastings are included in the ticket price. Historic & Cultural Experience – Between samples, you’ll receive a behind-the-scenes look at Chicago’s Chinatown neighborhood with visits to intriguing cultural, religious and historic landmarks. Our informative guide will share their expertise of local customs, eclectic folklore and authentic Chinese specialty stores.
Your fee includes transportation and guided taste tour. Group size is limited so please register early or be put on a waiting list.
When tour is over, the remaining time is on your own to shop and explore the area.
