Administrative Services Office
The Administrative Services Office functions as the financial hub of the campus in its service to students, faculty and staff. Most students interact with the Administrative Services Office each semester when they pay tuition, receive financial aid checks and request the processing of transcripts. Administrative Services staff work with members of student government to determine the budgeting of segregated fees paid by students. In addition, they conduct all transactions related to purchasing at the university.
Campus Counseling Services
Counseling is available to UW-Manitowoc through Dr. Stacey Soeldner or Tricia Gonzalez at Riverhill Psychological Associates. They serves as the campus' mental health professionals. Students can participate in up to six sessions with free of charge. On campus appointments are availble by appointment.
Continuing Education programs meet the needs of local residents and businesses for professional development and personal enrichment through a variety of non-credit courses, seminars and workshops. Programs are designed for students of all ages.
The goal of the UW-Manitowoc library is to facilitate success at UW-Manitowoc by providing access to information resources and professional assistance in finding and using them. The library is available for use by all Manitowoc County residents.
Marketing & Communications
The Marketing & Communications office oversees media relations, press communication, social media; cooperatively develops and manages the campus marketing and enrollment management plan; directs campus advertisiing; develops campus publications; is responsible for content and management of the campus website; administers marketing budgets; manages campus photography; and other related duties.

The Student Affairs Office is responsible for admissions and enrollment, financial aid, records and registration, academic advising, placement testing, student orientation, student leadership and governance, student activities, accessibility services, student life and student development initiatives.
